Prescription drug coverage through eligible private plans.
Original Medicare generally includes Parts A and B. You may add separate Part D coverage and, if eligible, Medigap. Medicare Advantage plans provide Medicare benefits through private plans and often include Part D.
Many people have a seven-month Initial Enrollment Period around their 65th birthday. Some qualify for automatic enrollment or special enrollment rules.
Employer coverage can affect when you should enroll. Rules may differ based on the employer and type of coverage, so check before delaying Part B.
October 15–December 7 is the annual Medicare Open Enrollment Period for making eligible plan changes, generally effective January 1.
Medigap has separate enrollment protections and rules, and switching policies later may involve medical underwriting in some situations.
No. Coverage and costs depend on your Medicare arrangement and the services you use. Review deductibles, copays, coinsurance, exclusions, and provider access.
A premium is what you pay to keep coverage active. A copay is a fixed amount you may pay for a covered service.
That depends on the type of coverage and, for certain private plans, provider networks. Confirm directly with the plan and the doctor's office.
Check the plan's current drug list (formulary), drug tier, pharmacy network, and any coverage rules.
Yes. You can ask for an explanation and explore the plan's or Medicare's applicable appeal process.
Life insurance can be one part of planning for the people who depend on you. We have been helping Michigan families with life insurance since 2023.
The starting point isn't a product. It's understanding what you want to protect, how long coverage may be needed, and what fits your budget.
Generally provides coverage for a chosen period, subject to the policy's terms. Often considered for time-limited financial responsibilities.
Coverage designed to help pay funeral, burial and other end-of-life costs, so your loved ones are not left with the bill.
Pays a fixed cash benefit directly to you for covered hospital stays or other covered events. You choose how to use it, such as deductibles, copays or everyday bills. It is not health insurance and does not replace Medicare or other major medical coverage.
Helps pay for ongoing care when you need help with daily activities like bathing or dressing, at home or in a care facility. Medicare generally does not cover most long-term custodial care.
Coverage is subject to eligibility, underwriting, exclusions, carrier availability, and the actual policy contract.
Consider who relies on your income, debts and final expenses, available savings, and the amount of financial support you'd like to leave.
Factors may include age, coverage amount, policy type, underwriting, and other carrier criteria.
Yes. Major life changes are good opportunities to review your existing protection.

How Frontline Agency Inc. handles information collected through this website.
This policy explains what information Frontline Agency Inc. (“FLA,” “we,” “us”) collects through this website, how it is used, and which service providers help us operate it. FLA is licensed in and serves Michigan only. This policy covers this website only. It does not cover the websites of insurance carriers, Medicare.gov, or the third-party services linked below, which have their own policies.
If you send a message through our contact form, we collect your first and last name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the service you are asking about, an optional message, and your contact-permission choices. We also record the date and time you submitted the form and the version of the permission wording you saw.
If you select “Schedule an Appointment,” you book through Square Appointments. Square collects the information its booking form asks for, such as your name, contact details, the service you choose (Medicare, health insurance, life insurance or notary), and the date and time of your appointment, plus any note you choose to enter.
When you visit the website, our hosting provider, Netlify, may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type and version, device information, the pages requested, and the date and time of the request. This is used to deliver and secure the website.
Please do not enter Social Security numbers, Medicare numbers, medical histories or health information, or banking or payment card information in the contact form, the message box or appointment notes. This website is not designed to collect them. If you send any by mistake, contact us so we can address it.
This website is hosted by Netlify. Netlify may process technical information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and secure the website. Netlify’s handling of that information is described in the Netlify Privacy Policy.
Information submitted through the contact form is processed and stored through Netlify Forms and accessed by authorized FLA personnel to respond to inquiries. Netlify may apply spam filtering to submissions. We collect only the information needed to respond: name, phone number, email, ZIP code, requested service, and an optional message. Submitting the contact form does not schedule or confirm an appointment.
Appointments are booked through Square Appointments, which is separate from the contact form. Appointment information may be processed by Square to manage bookings, confirmations and scheduling. Square’s handling of that information is described in the Square Privacy Notice. Booking an appointment does not sign you up for marketing. FLA will not place sensitive insurance or medical information in appointment or scheduling notes. FLA does not use Google Calendar for scheduling.
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those fonts, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. See the Google Privacy Policy.
This draft does not describe the use of website analytics, advertising pixels, a customer relationship management (CRM) system or email marketing software, because none has been confirmed as installed on this website. If any of these are added, this policy will be updated first.
The contact form has three separate permission checkboxes. None is preselected.
Medicare permission is kept separate from permission for other insurance products. We do not automatically enroll anyone in marketing communications, and you can submit the form without choosing either optional box. To withdraw a permission, contact us using the details below. The website does not currently offer a text-message marketing option.
Federal Medicare marketing rules enforced by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) apply to Medicare Advantage and Part D plan marketing. Among other things, a documented Medicare Scope of Appointment is generally required before a personal marketing appointment about those plans. Checking a contact-permission box on this website, or submitting the contact form, does not replace a Scope of Appointment. FLA will handle any Scope of Appointment separately, under the rules in effect at that time. Because CMS rules change, they should be re-verified before launch.
Medicare disclaimer: We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent 3 organizations which offer 18 products in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options. Frontline Agency Inc. is not affiliated with or endorsed by Medicare or the U.S. government.
We share information with the service providers described above (Netlify and Square) so they can provide their services to us. If you later ask FLA to help you apply for coverage, information needed for that application will be handled in that separate process and may be shared with the insurance carrier you choose. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety and security. FLA does not sell information collected through this website.
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the size of our business and the sensitivity of the information we handle, and we limit access to authorized FLA personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
As a Michigan-licensed insurance business, FLA is subject to the Michigan Insurance Data Security Law (Chapter 5A of the Insurance Code of 1956, MCL 500.550 to 500.565). Among other things, that law requires licensees to notify the Michigan Director of Insurance and Financial Services as promptly as possible, and no later than 10 business days, after determining that a qualifying cybersecurity event involving nonpublic information has occurred, and to notify affected consumers where required. Some of its information-security-program requirements may not apply to every licensee, depending on size and other exceptions. Other federal and Michigan privacy and insurance-licensee requirements may also apply.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. [FLA to specify retention periods.]
You may ask us to withdraw a contact permission, update or correct your information, or delete information we hold, subject to legal and record-keeping requirements. Contact Frontline Agency Inc. at Info@frontlineagencyinc.com or 866-405-4657 ext. 3. To change information held by Square, you can also use the options in your Square booking confirmation.
This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18.
We may update this policy as our website, services or legal requirements change. The “last updated” date will be revised when we do.
Items for FLA and its legal reviewer to confirm. Remove this box and the “Draft” labels only after verification.
